If you have the relevant skills, knowledge and experience to provide expert input to lead and develop a professional team providing an excellent service to the residents of Hull in a complex and fast moving environment, please consider coming to work with us. Your remit will include helping to create attractive, safe and sustainable neighbourhoods and communities within the City of Hull.

You will be working with the Head of Service (Area & Neighbourhood Management) and partners to develop strategic plans which aim to deliver a range of locally focused services which meet and reflect city wide priorities as set out in the Community Plan , whilst responding to the needs and aspirations of local communities.

You will direct, lead and manage teams of customer facing staff responsible for delivering excellent neighbourhood management and Area Committee/ward member support, and you will have responsibility to ensure the maintenance of high standards of performance.

You will take a lead on initiatives that deliver the best outcomes of strategic plans. You will ensure that appropriate decisions are made and actions taken that lead to the achievement of the service area business plan.
