The role requires handling grass cutting, bed maintenance, pruning, planting and hedge work with care, while liaising with the Bereavement Services Team to ensure compliance with rules and safety standards.
Grade 4 adds driving capabilities for up to 3.5t vehicles and mentoring Grade 3 operatives, volunteers, and staff.
