A great opportunity has arisen for the right person to join the Business Intelligence Unit within Adult Social Care as a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst. Adult Social Care work in partnership to support the people of Hull to have 'A life, not a service - We all want to experience love, friendship, and relationships, have meaning in our lives, and to live safely in the place we call home in communities where we look out for each other'. This means carrying out the duties of Hull City Council's Adult Social Care responsibilities as described in legislation. We invite you to be part of this journey, where your role as a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst is essential in delivering performance data, statutory returns, business insights, and effective challenge within our service. We are looking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic, experienced, and appropriately skilled individual to support the delivery of our performance management framework across Adult Social Care.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a team which supports Adult Social Care to become intelligence led, evidence based, and outcome focused.
- Utilise technical skills and experience in data manipulation, extraction and visualisation tools (such as PowerBI) to develop and embed the new performance framework.
- Ensure the delivery of accurate and timely performance reporting, the provision of quality compliant statutory data returns, and support continuous improvement.
- Deliver performance data, statutory returns, business insights, and effective challenge within the service.
Qualifications / Essential Criteria
- Motivated, enthusiastic, experienced, and appropriately skilled individual.
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement.
