As a Business Admin Apprentice, you will undertake administration and customer service duties whilst aiding all departments in the business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Admin Apprentice, you may do jobs such as:

  • Answering the telephone, taking down any messages and passing them on to the relevant person within the office
  • Dealing with customers via telephone and email
  • Resolving customer issues
  • General admin duties i.e. filing, photocopying, scanning and shredding
  • Using internal databases for recording information
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, including franking the mail
  • Using a range of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Using a range of office equipment i.e. printer, laminator and shredder
  • Ensuring data protection policies and procedures are followed and adhered to
