As a Production Administrator Apprentice, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the business. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues while learning valuable workplace and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting sales orders into the internal order management system
- Generating and issuing invoices accurately and within required timescales
- Matching invoices and delivery notes with a high level of attention to detail
- Answering telephone calls and responding to general enquiries in a professional manner
- Processing and receipting purchase orders promptly and accurately
- Supporting the wider administration and production teams with general office duties
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring company systems are kept up to date
