An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised individual to join a well-established professional services organisation in Hull as Legal Administrator Apprentice. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to legal professionals and support staff.
  • Prepare and distribute documents and correspondence.
  • Manage client files and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails and post in a professional manner.
  • Book appointments and assist with diary management.
  • Organise and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of case files and legal documentation.
  • Update internal databases.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection procedures are followed at all times.
  • Provide a professional and friendly service to clients and colleagues.
