Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin Apprentice to join Inspec Systems and support its expanding client portfolio. This role is ideal for an individual with a keen interest in administration and technology who is eager to learn and develop within a supportive environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth day to day running of the business while working closely with administration, engineering, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Managing and organising files, documents, and records
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries professionally
  • Supporting general office administration, including printing, scanning, stock control, and maintaining supplies
  • Using Microsoft Office applications for document creation, spreadsheets, and scheduling
  • Assisting with bookkeeping tasks using Sage
  • Supporting document control processes
  • Producing technical documentation and assisting with AutoCAD drawings (full training provided)
  • Supporting estimating and quotation activities
  • Liaising with suppliers and coordinating deliveries
  • Ensuring PPE is distributed and accurately recorded
  • Providing flexible support across all areas of the business as required
