Alexis Filters Ltd is seeking a Customer Service & Digital Apprentice who is interested in building a career in digital marketing, e-commerce, and business systems. The successful candidate will play an active part in maintaining and improving website and app content, while also supporting customer enquiries and order processes to understand how all areas of the business connect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Supporting customer enquiries via email and phone, assisting with order processing and system updates, learning how customers interact with the website and app, providing feedback on customer behaviour and digital journeys.
  • Digital & Website Content: Uploading and maintaining product data, including images, descriptions, and attributes, improving product pages for SEO and usability, supporting ongoing website improvements and content updates, assisting with app content and functionality updates.
  • Marketing & Content Creation: Assisting with blog content and product-focused articles, supporting email marketing campaigns and customer communications, working with the Commercial Director to create and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels, supporting promotional campaigns and new product launches.

  • Good written communication skills that are clear, accurate, and professional.
  • An interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data and content.
