Business Admin Support Apprentice

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience.

As part of the team, you'll receive support and training to develop your skills and build a successful career in business administration and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages for the team.
  • Monitoring and supporting the resolution of overdue purchase orders.
  • Creating purchase orders for smaller supplier accounts following training.
  • Monitoring purchase requests and converting them into purchase orders.
  • Supporting data reviews and updating records.
  • Assisting with purchasing and procurement projects, including preparing notes, requesting samples, and providing general administrative support.

Eltherington Industries is looking for someone enthusiastic, dependable, and ready to learn.

• You’ll ideally have

  • A minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or above, including

English and Maths .

  • Basic IT skills (such as ECDL, ITQ or equivalent).
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong personal and interpersonal skills.
  • A reliable, punctual, and professional approach.
  • A willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges.
