Kingsbridge Corporate Solutions is looking for an Admin Support Apprentice! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in business administration while learning from experienced professionals across the insolvency and financial services sector. As an Admin Support Apprentice, you’ll play an important role in supporting the technical team and keeping the office running smoothly. You’ll also develop a wide range of transferable skills, from communication and IT to organisation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, telephone calls and general filing.
  • Provide administrative support to technical staff working on corporate and personal insolvency cases.
  • Organise and coordinate business meetings and marketing events.
  • Input data and generate reports using bespoke software and Microsoft Office.
  • Carry out reception duties, including meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
