Are you creative, enthusiastic and keen to learn? Do you enjoy working with people, using digital technology and getting involved in lots of different tasks? Annandale Kitchens and Bathrooms is looking for an Admin & Marketing Apprentice! This is an extremely varied role, giving you the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills across administration, marketing, customer service, e-commerce and showroom operations. No two days will necessarily be the same!

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Digital: Creating engaging social media posts for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook; Writing creative content, including product descriptions for their website; Editing and updating their website; Adding products and information to their website and eBay; Supporting SEO activities; Photo editing; Creating marketing materials; Helping with other exciting marketing projects.
  • Administration: Providing general administrative and marketing support; Adding purchase invoices to their accounts; Creating invoices; Preparing Word documents and other office paperwork; Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries; Communicating with customers and suppliers by phone, email and face-to-face.
  • Customers & Showroom: Supporting customers in their showrooms; Preparing customer specifications; Checking product information and specifications for accuracy; Communicating with customers throughout the order process.
  • Orders, Stock & Deliveries: Packing and despatching orders; Checking deliveries for accuracy and quality; Checking and maintaining stock levels; Carrying out physical stock checks; Preparing customer orders and ensuring products are correct for delivery.
