Care Navigator Apprentice x2
North Beverley Medical Centre is looking for two friendly and enthusiastic Care Navigator Apprentices to join their welcoming reception and administration team.
As a Care Navigator Apprentice, you'll play an important role in helping patients access the right services and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
You'll be supported by an experienced team who are committed to helping you develop your skills and build a rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service.
- Answering calls and helping patients access the right healthcare services.
- Booking appointments and managing patient enquiries.
- Updating patient records and maintaining confidential information.
- Processing prescriptions, correspondence, and incoming mail.
- Supporting the reception and administration team with a variety of daily tasks.
Skills & Knowledge
- Friendly, approachable, and enjoys helping people.
- A confident communicator with a professional phone manner.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Confident using IT, including Microsoft Word and email.
- Flexible to work between
8:00am and 6:00pm , with occasional cover for annual leave and sickness.
- GCSE Grade 4/C or above in
- English and Maths
(or equivalent).
