Job title: Team Manager
Location: Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, United Kingdom
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Wholly owned by Hull and East Yorkshire Mind, Wellington Care is a local independent provider of expert care and support for people with complex and/or enduring mental health needs across Hull and East Yorkshire.
Wellington Care is looking for a dedicated Team Manager to join our passionate team. We are committed to promoting the inclusion, safeguarding, and welfare of vulnerable adults facing complex mental health challenges. Our mission is to support individuals across Hull and East Yorkshire with all aspects of their daily lives. This includes providing safe, welcoming living environments with 24/7 care, as well as offering additional support within the community.
Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care services, ensuring individual needs and organisational goals are met.
- Provide leadership and management to a team of Team Leaders, Senior Support Workers, and Support Workers.
- Oversee a cluster of services, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the needs of both clients and the organisation.
