An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Property Officer to join our dynamic team with the additional opportunity to undertake a Housing and Property Management qualification. As a Property Officer, you\’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining therapeutic spaces where our clients and tenants can truly feel safe, supported, and comfortable – empowering them to focus on their recovery journey.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and adaptable with a good understanding of property management.

Full current UK driving licence with use of a motor vehicle for work purposes is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain therapeutic spaces for clients and tenants.
• Ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations.
• Support clients in focusing on Cleaning their recovery journeys within a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and adaptable.
• Good understanding of property management.
• Full current UK driving licence.
• Ability to use a motor vehicle for work purposes.
