The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 Β£ per year.

We are looking for someone to join our dedicated team on the Adult Mental Health Support Line. You will provide telephone support to individuals, loved ones and professionals, often as a first line of contact. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the center of mental healthcare and make a real difference for those in need.

You would be working nights (8pm to 8am) on the below rota:

  • Week 1 (24 hours)
  • Week 2 (36 hours)
  • Week 3 (36 hours)
  • Week 4 (24 hours)

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

You should have the ability to respond quickly to different situations and have a genuine willingness to undertake, and engage in, appropriate training. We are looking for someone who is confident, compassionate and resilient.
