Join Us as a Technical or Digital Project Manager – Drive Digital Change Across Humber Health Partnership!

We\’re seeking experienced Technical and Digital Project Managers to lead high-impact projects in preparation for our groupwide Electronic Patient Record (EPR) rollout. If you excel in fast-paced environments and can deliver projects to high standards, this is your opportunity to make a difference.

As part of our Project Management Office (PMO), you\’ll collaborate with suppliers, clinical teams, and stakeholders to shape and implement the Trust\’s Digital Strategy, transforming care delivery through technology.

Base Location: Castle Hill Hospital, Cottingham

Travel: Across Humber Health Partnership sites including Hull, Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Goole & community teams

Working Style: Hybrid – split between onsite and remote work, with at least 2 days onsite per week; additional onsite days may be required based on project needs.

We welcome NHS experience, but it\’s not essential; strong technical or digital project delivery skills and a passion for digital transformation are key.

Main Duties

  1. Communication
    • Engage and inform project teams and stakeholders effectively.
    • Define project goals, scope, and deliverables collaboratively, managing expectations.
    • Provide clear direction and support to project teams.
  2. Project Management
    • Lead delivery of clinical and non-clinical digital projects, ensuring alignment with governance, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to meet technical requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with Information Governance, Cyber Security, and Clinical Safety protocols.
    • Manage scope changes and adapt to evolving environments with attention to detail.
  3. Reporting & Oversight
    • Produce accurate reports and plans, track risks and issues, escalate when necessary, and keep PMO and project boards informed.
