We are looking for a highly organised and proactive PR & Studio Assistant to join our London team. This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of PR, studio operations, and executive support – someone who takes genuine pride in keeping things running beautifully behind the scenes. You will work closely with the Operations Director and liaise directly with our CEO. You will be the person who makes sure the studio looks impeccable, samples are where they need to be, press relationships are well-managed, and no detail is overlooked. The ideal candidate is discreet, resourceful, and comfortable moving between the creative and the operational in the same afternoon. Full-Time (5 days office based in Downham).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- PR & Press
- Manage the day-to-day movement of press samples, including logging, tracking, dispatch and returns.
- Liaise with stylists, magazine editors and PR contacts regarding loan requests and sample availability.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sample library and press archive.
- Support the coordination of press days, showroom appointments and brand events.
- Monitor and compile press coverage, maintaining clippings files and coverage reports.
- Liaise with talent and their representatives with discretion, ensuring all collaborations are aligned with the brand's aesthetic and values.
- Draft press correspondence, lookbooks and image assets, ensuring all communications reflect the brand’s tone and visual standards.
- Studio & Shoot Support
- Provide hands-on assistance during photo shoots and campaign productions, including prep, dressing and wrap.
- Support PR Manager with shoot admin: call sheets, run-of-shows, vendor contacts and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate sample preparation and steaming ahead of shoots and appointments, maintaining garment care standards throughout.
- Liaise with photographers, models, hair and make-up artists and studio hire contacts as required.
- Office & Studio Operations
- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the London studio, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked and presentation-ready at all times.
- Place and manage orders for studio and office supplies, maintaining stock levels proactively.
- Oversee relationships with office service providers, including cleaners, couriers and maintenance contractors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and packages, including international shipments.
- CEO Support
- Prepare the CEO’s London apartment ahead of visits, coordinating cleaning, stocking and any household requirements.
- Handle ad-hoc personal and business errands with discretion and efficiency.
- Finance & Invoicing
- Ensure all PR and office-related invoices are correctly raised and submitted in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the finance team to chase outstanding payments, resolve invoice queries and maintain accurate records.
- Track studio and PR expenditure against budget, flagging variances to the Operations Director.

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

- Comfortable handling garments with care; experience steaming or dressing for shoots is an advantage.
