Huishan Zhang is looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our flagship store in Mount Street Mayfair. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines commercial focus with an instinct for exceptional luxury service, and who wants real ownership of a store’s performance, team and client experience.

The role
We’re seeking a relationship-led leader who brings an established book of high-net-worth clients and the trust to guide them through both ready to wear and bespoke commissions. This is a hands-on role with real ownership of the store’s performance, team and client experience. You’ll set and deliver the store’s sales and operational strategy, with three clear goals: maximising sales and margin, delivering outstanding client service, and running a flawless store operation.
What you’ll do
- Drive sales: exceed seasonal and annual targets, build lasting relationships with VIP and regular clients, and use CRM and clienteling to grow a loyal customer base.
- Grow the client book: bring and develop your own network of high-net-worth clients, deepen relationships with existing VIPs, and use CRM and clienteling to build long-term loyalty.
- Lead bespoke sales: guide clients through bespoke commissions from first consultation to final fitting, working closely with the studio and production team.
- Run the store: own visual standards, stock management, compliance and the store processes.
- Lead the team: recruit, train and coach sales staff, manage rotas, and keep communication flowing between the store and the wider business.
- Own performance: build the store budget with the Operations Director, track KPIs against budget and last year, and produce regular management reporting.
