Salary: £70K + Commission + Full Package

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our Fire & Security division. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on business development, sales team management, and revenue growth . You will play a key part in shaping our sales strategy, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence across Oxfordshire and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and objectives
