Huhtamaki Belfast is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR team and shape people strategy for the UK & Ireland Foodservice Market Unit. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with local management to drive progress against business objectives and KPIs.
You’ll be responsible for HR strategy, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, employee relations and policy compliance, while delivering leadership development and organizational effectiveness across the Belfast site.
