We are looking for a Material Control to play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations across both Holbrook and Grange sites.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the supply of raw materials to support paper production in line with production plans.Monitor and control inventory using Snap/BPCS and other warehouse management systems.Maintain accurate stock records through regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and material variances.Support production planning by preparing shop orders, labels, and production documentation.Coordinate inbound deliveries and ensure goods are received, checked, and stored correctly.Manage stock levels of key materials, packaging, pallets, labels, and consumables.Lead and support team members, ensuring adequate coverage during holidays and absence.Deliver training on warehouse systems, automation processes, and work instructions.Support month-end inventory processes and variance investigations with relevant departments.Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and housekeeping.About youTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials management.Strong communication and leadership skills.Good problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make decisions.Experience working with stock control or warehouse management systems.Good numerical and administrative skills.The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.A flexible approach and willingness to support operational requirements when needed.What You'll BringExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organisational and planning skills.A proactive and collaborative working style.The ability to prioritise workloads and respond to changing production requirements.Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.Why Join Us?You'll be joining a key operational team where your contribution directly impacts production performance and customer service.
