Your Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to become part of our growing team in Dollingstown. Reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Manager, you will take the lead in developing and executing effective maintenance strategies, driving engagement and commitment with your team to improve asset reliability. You will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, maximising availability and performance to support the demands of a 24/7 manufacturing operation. This will be achieved through the direct leadership of a team of Mechanical.
