We have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join our team.

Job Title Accounts Administrator ( Permanent) Location - Huhtamaki (Lisburn) Ltd, 66 Ravarnet Road Lisburn Hours - 35 hours per week Hourly Rate - £15.44 Annual Bonus Potential - Up to £1,500 The Role The successful candidate will provide administration support within a small busy office.

The role will include general and accounts administration duties, reception support, with most tasks requiring computer work for completion.

The Job Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the Office Administrator will be responsible for: Recording incoming supplier invoices Processing supplier and purchase invoices and checking for accuracy and discrepancies.

Updating Quick Books with invoicing information Payment of invoices Confidential shredding duties Raise petty cash dockets and update records accordingly.

Obtain purchase quotes and raise purchase orders Bank reconciliation tasks to include entering payments received on Quick Books and printing remittances.

Raise sale invoices on Quick Books.

Generating and supplying customer statements Reporting as necessary to suppliers on volume and Group with statistics Any other duties as required.

Essential Short-listing Criteria GCSE passes in Maths and English at grade C or above.

Working knowledge and experience of MS Office, particularly excel.

At least 12 months previous experience gained in a similar accounts administration role.

Working experience and knowledge of invoices, purchase orders and statements Excellent communication skills, both written
