- Request materials from the Warehouse Department using the required process and computer system.
- Deliver all required raw materials to the Production Areas using motorised trucks (including V truck).
- Assist in Paper Cup Production by Packing Cups into Boxes and providing materials for automation.
- Weigh and record waste product and returned materials.
- Fit core plugs and move product to designated Kan Ban in warehouse using ‘v’ truck.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy up to Huhtamaki hygiene standards.
- Continually support development of Standard Operating Procedures and ensure adherence.
- Receive up-skilling from other team members.
- Assist with management of materials to achieve departmental targets.
- Maintain safe working practices.
- Continually monitor stock levels of all required production materials making sure minimum quantities are kept on the shopfloor.
- To assist in cup forming production when required in line with business needs.
- Conduct effective shift handovers.
- Being able to work as a team member.
