Your opportunity: As our Global Process Owner, Record to Report (R2R), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance at Huhtamaki. In this highly visible, global position, you will lead the design and standardization of R2R processes across our worldwide operations, collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders to develop and maintain best‑in‑class ERP templates (across Oracle Fusion, Kinetic, and Oracle eBS). Where you’ll be: You will be located at one of our listed locations on a Hybrid basis, and should be within a reasonable commuting distance from one of these sites.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own global process design for the Record to Report process.
• Participate in developing the global ERP templates for our 3 global ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, Kinetic, Oracle eBS) and upholding their integrity.
• Drive standardization where feasible and minimize global/local variants to where variance is needed to address genuine business differences or local regulatory requirements – both within and between the different ERPs.
• Responsible for the global chart of accounts and driving the adoption of common accounting rules and standards.
• Driving and supporting process implementation in both projects and in continuous improvement.
• Defining and implementing process KPIs to continuously monitor and improve process performance.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures, etc.
• Contributing to competency development and training of the R2R network.
• Work closely with Solution Design Owners to ensure that systems and processes are aligned with business needs.

What You’ll Bring To The Role:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in progressive finance roles.
• Strong accounting background, with experience in inventory valuation within a manufacturing environment (highly preferred).
• Subject matter expertise in the Record to Report (R2R) process area.
• Demonstrated experience working on cross‑functional projects in a complex organizational setting.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry best practices and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Solid understanding of ERP and finance IT systems, as well as their out‑of‑the‑box functionalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to thrive and deliver results in a global, matrixed organization.
