Your Opportunity We are looking for a Reliability Technician to become part of our growing team in Dollingstown. The Reliability Team is focused on asset management, identifying & engineering out major and chronic failures in the plant. Reporting to the Reliability Manager you will be responsible for developing & delivering improvement plans to improve engineering performance, machine reliability and stability through the implementation of effective engineering solutions. In this hands-on role you will be focused on the investigation of equipment breakdowns and proactively carrying out preventative measures and improving processes to avoid such issues re-occurring. You will be a key member of the Reliability Team and throughout all these activities youll ensure the highest standards are upheld. Where youll be The role is based at our site in Dollingstown, Lurgan - approximately 30 minutes from Belfast. What youll bring to the role Hold a HND qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or HNC qualification with relevant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment Experience in Electrical engineering, gained within a high-volume manufacturing plant Previous project management experience Previous experience of engineering out problems Be able to demonstrate experience of fault-finding / problem solving Be computer literate Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially excel While not essential it would be advantageous that candidates demonstrate the following: Mechatronic qualification Practical knowledge of pneumatics, inverters and PLC control systems would be advantageous Good understanding of automation & processes Please note that only candidates who clearly demonstrate how they meet the essential criteria within their application will be considered for shortlisting.
