Main Responsibilities:
- Administration of key company accounts for customers with major retail brands.
- Organising the dispatch of finished goods to the end customer which will involve communication with internal and external sources.
- Provide internal support for Commercial Team.
- Co‑ordinate the reduction of finished goods holding.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Deal efficiently with customer complaints.
- Interface with Production, Scheduling and Quality teams to monitor customer orders.
- Collating and generating internal production requirements.
- Supporting the Customer Service and Supply Chain Teams by carrying out any administrative duties.
- Collate weekly reports using excel to support business requirements.
- To adhere to the Health and Safety policy, following all company policies and procedures that have been put in place to ensure your welfare and that of others.
- Being mindful that the Health, Safety and Wellbeing at work is everyone’s responsibility.
- Assist in the administration of On Time and In Full Deliveries Tracker.
- Assist in the administration of customer satisfaction measurement.
- Attend customer off‑site visits when necessary.
- Liase with multiple supply chain stakeholders.
