Your opportunity: We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator. In this position, you will be providing internal and external support in the management of Huhtamaki's supply activities and will be coordinated by the Account Manager. There will be specific requirements to be the liaison point for multiple supply chain stakeholders involved in our developing business.

Where you'll be: You will be located at our Belfast site and you should be within reasonable commuting distance from here.

What you'll be doing:

  • Administration of key company accounts for customers with major retail brands.
  • Organising the dispatch of finished goods to the end customer which will involve communication with internal and external sources.
  • Provide internal support for Commercial Team.
  • Co-ordinate the reduction of finished goods holding.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Deal efficiently with customer complaints.
  • Interface with Production, Scheduling and Quality teams to monitor customer orders.
  • Collating and generating internal production requirements.
  • Supporting the Customer Service and Supply Chain Teams by carrying out any administrative duties.
  • Collate weekly reports using excel to support business requirements.
  • To adhere to the Health and Safety policy, following all company policies and procedures that have been put in place to ensure your welfare and that of others.
  • Assist in the administration of On Time and In Full Deliveries Tracker.
  • Assist in the administration of customer satisfaction measurement.
  • Attend customer off-site visits when necessary.
  • Liaise with multiple supply chain stakeholders.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Experience in a customer focused environment.
  • Holds at least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter, both verbally and written.
  • Good computer literacy across a range of packages.
  • Innovative, decisive and resourceful in problem solving and process improvement.
  • Flexible with regard to working hours.
  • Flexibility to travel to other sites and locations as required to meet the demands of the job.
  • Focused and results oriented.
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment.
  • Ability to build key working relationships both internally and externally and with customers and suppliers.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Third level qualification in a relevant discipline.
