£13.36 per hour. The Parish Council are looking for somebody for one of our two Street Cleaner/Caretakers roles. The work is 3.2 hours a day, 5 days a week (16 hours a week) - there can be a flexible start (daylight hours). There is Holiday Pay (including Bank Holidays) and sickness pay after a qualifying period.
The main duty is litter picking of roads on a route and the recreation ground or Cross Park if appropriate and emptying parish council bins, and occasional additional paid duties, if required. Absences need to be scheduled with the other Street Cleaner whenever possible.
