The job: This role involves delivering RICS-compliant valuation reports, conducting property inspections, and supporting Landlord & Tenant matters such as rent reviews and lease renewals. Job duties: * Provide professional valuation services for a wide range of property types, including retail, office, industrial and residential properties ensuring compliance with RICS standards. * Build and maintain relationships with key clients, offering high-level advisory services and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely valuation reports. * Prepare comprehensive written valuation reports for clients, ensuring that all relevant factors are considered and addressed. * Identify opportunities for business growth and assist with the development of new client relationships alongside the Head of Valuation. * Conduct detailed market research to keep up-to-date with market trends, providing clients with the most current and accurate information. * Work closely with colleagues within the valuation team and other departments to provide integrated service offerings. * Support and guide junior members of the team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them develop professionally. * Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with RICS regulations, legislation, and best practice standards.
