Reporting to the Account Manager, you will work as part of a team to manage sales of the brand by effectively performing the following duties:
What you can expect:
- Sell and drive seasonal collections via pre order and seasonal stock sales to Key Partners.
- Build long term relationships and become expert on key partners/customers business model to maximize sales and profitability, review risks and opportunities.
- Monthly follow up with accounts.
- Produce ‘road-trip’ reports to Manager and Head of department/Wholesale Director.
- Support, be fully aware and work closely with the stock sales team to ensure an optimal NOS business and an optimized product assortment.
- Ensure correct implementation guidelines at all WHS Partners.
- Deliver Digital or in Store Training seasonally.
- Understanding of distribution strategy for the BOSS & HUGO brand in your respective sales channel in the Northern Hub and understand/support/visit and review all POS for Key Partners and Customers.
- Identify future potential partners and feedback to Account Manager/Head of department/Wholesale Director.
- Supervise & guide Administrator on a day to day basis to deliver best practice with customers/process/systems and all head office functions.
- Planning and production of budgets as well as analysis on past sales figures.
- Be informed of finance and logistics status quo to support and optimise the business.
- Support the marketing team with all relevant info and details from the buy, to develop a clear strategy.
- Work closely with the HUGO BOSS WHS product team to discuss and inform of needs and local trends affecting product performance.
- Maintain merchandising standards in the showroom and be responsible for stock inventory.
- Carry out regular market research of key competitors.
- Set up & disassemble collections.
- Any other ad hoc task.
Travel: Regular seasonal visits to your Northern Hub customers.

- Professional in manner, enthusiastic, have a flexible approach to work and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve.
