What you can expect:
- In your role as a Cashier, you are responsible for efficient cash desk operations & merchandise presentation around the cash area whilst providing Customer Service Excellence to drive commercial success.
- Responsible for efficient cash management including transaction, complaint & return handling and inducting new team members to the cash desk.
- Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to improve productivity.
- Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management.
- Support in visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment around the cash desk area and managing stationary orders.
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology.
Your profile:
- Previous experience in operating a cash desk, preferably in a premium retail environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business.
- Willingness to constantly learn and develop.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- High cultural knowledge and awareness.
