Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales across the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with department store management teams to ensure our brand is prioritised in terms of visibility and merchandising.
  • Perform routine inventory checks, oversee restocking processes, and manage product recalls.
  • Consistently uphold high standards of visual merchandising across all concession areas.
  • Monitor and ensure that brand guidelines are implemented consistently across all concession points.
  • Collaborate with store managers to optimise product placement, promotional activity, and stock levels to drive sales.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure concessions are well-maintained and visually appealing, in line with brand standards.
  • Provide feedback to department store teams on product performance and recommend improvements to drive footfall and sales.
  • Analyse sales performance across different locations, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure that promotional campaigns are effectively executed at the concession level.
  • Develop and deliver training and support materials for store staff to ensure they understand our brand, products, and sales techniques.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing a high turnover retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior retail managers.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring brand consistency across multiple retail locations.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and use it to inform decision-making.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to different concession locations as needed.
