What you can expect:

  • Creating and maintaining ad-hoc analysis reports for UK & IE and Nordics markets in a user-friendly format to present to senior management.
  • Updating monthly reporting pack for both markets and Hub consolidations: management accounts & sales reports.
  • Assisting in tasks for long-range strategic financial planning as well as detailed budgeting and profit planning.
  • Assisting in resolving inquiries for P&L items: overhead costs, IC expenditure.
  • Forecasting and budget planning support and analysis of logistics costs for UK & IE markets and updating this in TM1 planning software.
  • Working closely with Logistics to provide analysis for forecasts and various scenarios.
  • Assisting in producing Risk Assessments for UK, Ireland, and Nordics markets, analyzing and updating existing risks, and helping to identify potential new risks.
  • Supporting all Compliance and Sustainability-related activities: reporting, data collation, and system updates.
  • Developing strong relationships with the Retail team and working with the field team to drive cost efficiencies.
  • Seeking opportunities to drive positive change in finance and/or business processes to improve efficiency, maximize value for money, and enhance stakeholder experience.

Your profile:

  • Highly numerate and analytical.
  • Excellent Excel skills and a quick learner of new systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Passion for success and quality in everything you do.

Essential Personal Attributes:

  • Accounting degree or entry/part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA).
  • Experience in Multi-site Fashion / Apparel Retail.
  • SAP experience.
