Responsibilities
- To service and maintain Hughes Safety Showers products
- Support both internal and external customers (Sales, Admin and Operations).
- Promote the sale of fixed service plans
- To undertake cross-sell activities, identifying potential sales opportunities for other Justrite Safety Group products
- To carry out critical field service activities
- To assist in service van stock reduction and monitoring
- Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by Hughes Safety Showers are understood and met.
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company expectations, and in doing so help to promote the image of Hughes Safety Showers.
- Set a good example to colleagues by observing all company rules and regulations, complying with all site regulations, and safeguarding Company property.
- Complete all necessary Company documentation punctually and in accordance with any guidelines or schedules issued (including Time Sheets, Staff Expense Claims, site reports, etc.).
- Attend all training courses and meetings as required by Hughes Safety Showers
- Provide support and co-operation to the management and to colleagues and be prepared and willing to help and contribute to the success of the company always.
- Observe and adhere to company health & safety guidelines and contribute to a healthy and safe working environment and culture.
Technical Skills
- Competent level of mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills.
- Industrial health and safety compliance awareness.
- ATEX, ISO9001, ISO18001, ISO14001 and other relevant industrial standards awareness.
- Great customer facing skills.
- Solid decision-making skills with a desire to fulfil unforeseen customer requirements.
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Safety shower technical product knowledge desirable.
- Honest approach whilst being respectful to others, able to work cross-functionally to solve business problems.
- Full clean driving license.
