Our compliance team is growing and we are looking for a Compliance Assistant to work on a part‑time basis. This is a varied role and suited to someone who is highly organised, dependable, and confident working with sensitive information. Experience in a similar role within the legal industry or financial services is desirable.

Working with the Compliance Manager, and together reporting to the firm's COLP, you will be responsible for:

  • Helping to maintain and update firm‑wide compliance policies and procedures
  • Conducting client due diligence checks and risk reviews (Thirdfort referrals)
  • Supporting audits and internal checks such as file reviews
  • Co‑ordinating compliance training sessions
  • Providing support in the monitoring of complaints, claims, and data breach registers

  • Ideally (but not essentially) legal or financial services compliance experience
