We're growing and we are looking for a commercially minded Senior Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to grow with us. At Hughes Paddison you will be joining a team that's ambitious, collaborative, and focussed on delivering practical, strategic advice to a wide range of businesses - from start-ups to established companies.
You'll handle a broad range of work including M&A, investment agreements, shareholder agreements and joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, EMI options, commercial contracts, LLPs and partnerships.
With 6+ years PQE under your belt, you'll bring solid corporate and commercial experience, strong legal acumen, a laser focus for detail, and the drive to fuel business development and team growth. In addition, you'll have a solid grasp of risk and compliance, a good understanding of articles of association, LLPs and Partnerships, and hands-on experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for the supply of goods and services.
