We are seeking a motivated Residential Conveyancing Administration Assistant to join our busy residential conveyancing team. At the heart of our team are our values: supportive, collaborative, respectful, approachable with high integrity. We're looking for someone who shares these values and thrives in a role where they can make a positive difference by supporting colleagues and clients alike.
You will support the conveyancing department in the file opening of new client matters in addition to tasks such as the scanning of residential post and allocating to client files along with supporting the team with general administration. We are ideally looking for someone who has experience of working in a support role within conveyancing, or has worked in another area of the legal sector.
You’ll need strong communication and time management skills, along with being highly organised with a high attention to detail. You’ll have the ability to pick things up quickly and work independently as well as part of a team. In addition, you’ll be proficient in MS Office and case management skills (training provided). This role is office-based, and candidates must be able to work from our office in central Cheltenham.
