We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE to join our established and progressive dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded litigator who thrives on an interesting and broad range of cases, client interaction, and achieving results.

Responsibilities
- Ideally comfortable with a wide range of litigation matters including general/civil/commercial disputes, property litigation, and contentious probate.
- Managing your own caseload, as well as assisting on large director-led cases where appropriate and depending on PQE.
- Helping to support and supervise junior members of the team.
- Advising a diverse client base, including corporate entities, trusts, charities and individuals.
- Taking matters through from initial engagement to conclusion, formulating case strategy and advising throughout.
- Drafting statements of case, witness statements, legal correspondence and other documentation.
- Instructing and working with counsel.
- Representing clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
- Contributing to business development and networking for yourself, the litigation team, and the firm.
Team and environment
The team consists of two directors, two solicitors, an apprentice solicitor, different trainee solicitors from time to time, and support staff. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and supporting junior members as appropriate.
