We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support our residential conveyancing department. The successful candidate will assist with file opening of new client matters, scan and manage residential post, allocate documents to client files, and provide general administrative support.
They should have experience in a conveyancing or legal support role or strong administrative experience in a professional services environment. Excellent communication, time‑management and organizational skills are required, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and case‑management systems (training provided) is essential.
