Are you highly organised, detail-driven, passionate about property law?
We are looking for a proactive Residential Conveyancing Assistant to support our busy conveyancing team and help our clients move into their dream properties smoothly and stress-free.
You will support with all stages of the conveyancing process from liaising with clients, estate agents and mortgage lenders, dealing with Land Registry applications and preparing legal documents with precision – you will keep cases moving efficiently with exceptional attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who has experience in residential conveyancing, ideally in a similar role. In addition you will have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a commitment to outstanding client care.
While we value drive and ambition, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys being in a supportive role and enjoys the practical hands-on side of conveyancing.
