Are you a highly organised, detail-orientated, and enjoy being in a supportive role? We are seeking a motivated Residential Conveyancing Administration Assistant to join our busy residential conveyancing team.

You will support the department in the file opening of new client matters in addition to tasks such as the scanning of residential conveyancing post and allocating to client files along with supporting the team with other administrative tasks as required.
We\βre ideally looking for someone who has experience of working in an administrative role within conveyancing or other areas of law β although strong administration experience gained in other professional service industries will also be considered.
You will need strong communication, time management skills, along with being highly organised and great attention to detail. You\βll have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and be proficient in Ms Office suite and case management systems (training provided).
This role is office based, and candidates must be able to work from our office in central Cheltenham and is suited to someone who enjoys being in a supportive role.
