Key Responsibilities Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with sales forecasts and inventory levels Monitor and adjust production schedules to respond to changing demand and supply conditions Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging Work closely with operations, warehousing, and logistics to ensure alignment across the supply chain Analyse production data to identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies Maintain planning systems (e.g., ERP/MRP tools) and generate reports for management Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards during planning processes What Were Looking For Experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG sectors Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
