This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The Client Engagement - Business Administration & Marketing Support professional will play a key role in engaging with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting business administration and marketing activities. The role involves:
- Onboarding and offboarding clients
- Taking and monitoring identity requirements
- Maintaining client relationships
- Handling inquiries
- Managing client meeting schedules
- Maintaining Partner diaries
- Assisting with marketing strategy and execution
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Experience in customer satisfaction, customer service, and customer experience to enhance and maintain client engagement
- Organizational and administrative abilities to support business operations efficiently
- Familiarity with marketing practices and a proactive approach to contribute to marketing initiatives
- Proficiency in office tools and technology is preferred
- A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent service delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
