Hours: Tuesday Saturday/ Salary: £14.50 per hour Reports to: Quality Manager Location: Dungannon The Role To support and maintain the sites Quality Assurance, Food Safety and Technical standards, ensuring products consistently meet customer, legislative and company requirements. The role provides technical support to Production, Intake, suppliers and growers and the QA team, drives continuous improvement, and ensures the QMS, quality KPIs, audits, non-conformances and customer requirements are effectively managed. The role is responsible for promoting a strong food safety and quality culture, resolving quality issues and complaints, supporting NPD, reducing waste and downtime, and working collaboratively across teams and the supply chain to achieve consistently high product and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Maintain high standards of food safety, quality and compliance. Completequality checks, audits, sampling and verification. Manage and improve theQuality Management System (QMS). Investigatecustomer complaints and non-conformances. Managesupplier, grower and raw material quality. Lead and supportQA and Intake teams, including training. Drivecontinuous improvement and achieve Quality KPIs. Support New Product Development, testing and validation. Essential Criteria Qualification in Food Science, Technical, Quality related discipline OR a minimum of 2 years experience in the food industry Experience working within a team environment Experience in a production, technical, or quality role Good written and spoken English Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail Desirable Criteria Additional training or certifications in food safety or quality systems Experience working in an FMCG environment Experience using technical or quality systems/databases Proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvements Skills: Quality Quality Control Quality Assurance ADZN1_NI41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
