Hours: Monday Friday / we are flexible on start and finish times Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience Reports to: Commercial Manager Location: Dungannon The Role The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for dedicated customer accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring customer requirements are delivered effectively. Working closely with internal teams across commercial, production, NPD, supply chain, logistics and technical, the role will manage account performance, forecasting, product launches and key projects, while ensuring customer standards are met. The role will provide proactive account management and excellent customer service through clear communication, strategic planning and problem solving. Key Responsibilities Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships. Oversee account operations, contracts, systems and performance. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account delivery. Ensure customer requirements, standards and compliance are met. Manage new product development and launches. Support technical, quality and KPI management. Provide market, customer and competitor insight.
