Following our recent win of the prestigious Ministry of Defence (MoD) driver training contract, Hughes Driver Training is looking to recruit anorganised and proactiveSite Leadto oversee the day-to-day operations of our site. This role isnon-productive, meaning you willmanage the site, staff, and compliance processesbut will not deliver the core training or driving activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily site operations and staff/ Training coordination.
- Maintainhealth & safety and compliancestandards on site day to day.
- Complete administrative tasks, site checks, and accurate reporting.
- Act as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and management.
- Support continuous improvement and ensure site readiness for all activities.

- Experienced insite supervision, team leadership, or operations management.
- Strongorganisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge ofbasic health & safety and compliance procedures.
