Following our recent win of the prestigious Ministry of Defence (MoD) driver training contract, Hughes Driver Training is looking to recruit experienced Cat B instructors (ADI) to lead the delivery of our MoD Cat B Licence Acquisition Training Contract.
What we offer:
- A fully fuelled and expensed dual-controlled fleet of cars supplied
- £35,000 Salary with additional £100 pass bonus per student - OTE £42,000
- 29 days holiday
- Free HGV training after your qualifying period
- All required compliance and safeguarding training fully funded (Ecots, Safeguarding & Prevent)
- DBS check support if you don't already hold a valid certificate
What we need from you:
- Qualified ADI or PDI status
- Commitment to delivering excellent driver training to military personnel
- A valid DBS (or willingness to complete one before employment commences)
- Willingness to complete mandatory, fully funded, Care of Trainees, Safeguarding, and Prevent training
Hours: Monday to Friday, with an 8:00am student pick-up and 5:00pm finish, including breaks.
