Working within Social Housing with a good attitude, polite, friendly and approachable.

  • General day to day repairs and maintenance as necessary, void repairs
  • Using a PDA to manage and record daily works
  • Working on a rota basis on call out of hours

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years Joinery experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • Essential NVQ Level 2 Joinery / desirable NVQ Level 3 in Joinery
  • Other trades are preferred but not essential

Job Type: Full-time permanent

Pay: £15.29 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Benefits:

Ability to commute/relocate: Barrow-In-Furness: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
