We are seeking a Qualified Electrician to join our maintenance team working in domestic occupied and void dwellings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and sign off of electrical systems and equipment working within the council's housing stock.

Role Summary:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Diagnose electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ level 3
  • Minimum 2 years site experience
  • AM2
  • 18th edition qualification
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using power tools and hand tools related to electrical work.
  • Electrical problem-solving skills.
  • Must hold a full UK driving license.
  • Proactive approach to work independently or as part of a team.

Licence/Certification: NVQ Level 3 (required), Full UK Driving licence (preferred)
